Different ingredients using different heating temperature to make sure the rate of shrinkage.
Normally thicker film have bigger tolerance than thinner film .
but our production experience and technology can let tolerances less than + / -3%
We also can center fold but the width of roll will very big
If need printing logo .
we have to fold it because the width of printing machine is less than 1500mm
More length for per roll can save the core costs.

Bags or film rolling on the 3" paper core ,With film bag covered on outside .
each sides of core with plastic cap
All rolls loading on plastic pallet (1300*1100*150mm)
For container loading ,suggest use gusseted fold type
20ft: 8pallets/8-10tons
40ft: 16pallets/16-23tons
