The machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll materials as paper, paper sticker, Film,aluminum foil, BOPP, PET, CPE, PVC, etc. And can cut edge, slit material according to different requirements during production.
The whole machine is composed of unwinding unit, slitting unit, rewinding unit, Main Driver, electrical control system and so on.

                   1. Adopts PLC control system and touch humane-machine interface.
                     2. Unwind unit adopts air shaftless, pneumatic lifting system, PLC automatic control magnetic powder.
                     3. Main traction controller by inverter motor.
                     4. Rewind unit adopts PLC control magnetic powder clutch.
                     5. Automatic EPC for unwinding, photocell is suitable for tracking the edge and/or the line of material.
                     6. Equipped with automatic waste film blowing device. (Vertical knife structure).
                     7.Razor blade cutting and groove roller cutting (also can be circle blade slit as optional device ).
